About Aanchal Keswani

I am a seeker, with a passion to delve into the realm of mind, soul, life and its experiences. My interest in psychology emerged after experiencing the shadow side of my own life. My urge to align myself to a greater purpose has paved the way for what I do today and has enabled me to serve individuals and communities.   

I am a Psychologist (clinical), IFAPA (UK) certified Anthroposophic Psychotherapist and a Biography consultant. I am also trained in Rational emotive behavior therapy (RECBT) from The Albert Ellis Institute, New York. 

In my practice, I integrate traditional clinical skills with holistic philosophy to bring balanced development and wellness in the sessions. ​Inspired by the works of Rudolf Steiner on the physical, soul and spiritual development of the human being, I offer unique insight into the struggles adolescents, teens and adults encounter on our journeys to becoming whole and satisfied people. I remain committed to supporting and restoring health and mental wellness.
