At Zariyaa, we believe in a holistic approach to mental
well-being. Our aim is to empower individuals to achieve personal growth and emotional resilience through tailored therapeutic practises.

This may include somatic, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other lifestyle factors that can impact mental health. Zariyaa is an initiative by Aanchal Keswani, inspired by fellow travellers who share experiences of both pain and transformation. In the grand design, it aims to facilitate the search for deeper meaning of self, existence, intuition and healing.
With a belief that we are all a means/ catalyst (Zariyaa) to and for each other, this is a humble attempt to humanize psychotherapy in the world of mental health.
